Perinatal Yoga Series - Class Three
Meet yourself exactly where you are on this life changing journey. Cultivate stillness within and connect to Self and baby. This 5 week series includes movement and breath practice, meditation, community building, vocal toning, chanting, and preparatory birth support. It is created for expecting mothers and birthing people in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of their pregnancy. Class size is small to facilitate high quality support and individualized attention for each student in the room. Pre-registration is required. No yoga experience is necessary to join this perinatal yoga series. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise while pregnant.
